In these sessions, I connect with your energy and intuitively bring through beneficial information for you in 4 areas: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

These sessions are different for everyone (of course, because they’re individual and customized and everyone is different!)

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE? 

I connect with your energy and use my intuitive knowing to write down information that comes through. My intention is to bring through information that's beneficial for you right now. I perform a physical body scan and also scan your emotional, psychological, and spiritual "bodies" or energy. 

Mini-Medical Intuitive Session: I record the information that came through for you in a voice memo and then share this with you via email. In specific cases, I may also provide links to some resources via email as well. 

Full Medical Intuitive Session: We connect via Zoom (audio + visual) + I share everything that came through. More is often revealed as our conversation + your own wisdom unfolds. You can ask questions + I provide holistic health coaching when appropriate to help you integrate the information. 

WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE:

Full Medical Intuitive Session: 

• Connecting with your energy and writing down information that comes through for you. 
• Sharing this information with you via video conference. 
• Discussion. Questions. A deeper unfolding of your own intuitive knowings + wisdom in the container I provide. 
• In specific cases, I may also provide links to some resources via email as well. 

MY PREMISES: 

• You are always the expert on you. I am not the expert on you. Take what resonates with you and leave what doesn’t. 
• Our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves are, of course, connected and integrated. When one area is imbalanced enough, it can affect other areas as well. We can use this for healing in that, similarly, when one area is brought back into balance, this creates a ripple effect and helps to balance the other areas as well. In this way, each area is a doorway to healing. 

WHAT THIS IS NOT: 

• Using intuition to give you western medical diagnoses or treatments
• Knowing more than you about you
• A medical service. In this role, I am not acting as any kind of health care professional.
